Veterans (DV)
voting member | 11/2017 - Current
for DV,
I help drive the organization's mission and business ventures. DV deems it imperative that our Veterans
receive all assistance possible while adjusting to life outside of the military. Whether it be help with Veterans
Affairs, job placement, scholarships, or suicide prevention, DV is an organization that strives to ensure all of our heroes are supported.
Ceres Greens, LLC
Business Development Director | 01/2020 - 12/2020
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing goals in the new and rapidly
growing field of indoor agriculture. As a member of the executive team, I worked across all departments of the business to ensure the highest quality products are produced, marketed and sold consistently to the end user with a 100% sell-through rate. Oversaw and managed 5 new SKU developments and conducted detailed
market analysis to generate the highest margins. Interacted daily with wholesale distributors and new
customers to sell products in over 200 stores, restaurants, and universities. Developed the initial plan,
strategy, and timeline to become a certified B Corporation. Shifted entire business strategy from the bulk
market to the retail market in under 5 days, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and continued to adjust and adapt
sales and marketing strategies to the current economy. As a direct result, I helped increase the company's
annual revenue by over 300% in the course of 1 year.
United States Army
Aviation Officer (Captain) | 05/2012 - 06/2020
Commissioned as a U.S. Army Aviation Officer in 2012. Commercially certified UH-60M (Blackhawk) helicopter
pilot with instrument rating (2013-2014). As a Maintenance Platoon Leader (2014-2015), I was responsible for
leading the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of an entire Battalion's aircraft. Coordinated with and worked alongside civilian contractors for maintenance of 40 helicopters in rapid and ever-changing theaters.
