Whitney directed and provided project management and tactical support for significant client engagements while supporting three client facing company executives. She played an integral role in opening the firm's loan review operations center in Rosslyn, Virginia and assisted with its expansion into Dallas, Texas. Whitney also helped to plan and facilitate the company's highly regarded Chief Compliance Officer Roundtables, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team. She organized and assisted with the execution of a practice-wide all day event, including preparing and running team building exercises and facilitating group case study discussions. Whitney played a leadership role within the company's Executive Office Coordinators, provided ongoing support for the Analyst Program and participated as a member of the Treliant Culture Committee.

Whitney taught private ski lessons to adults and children focusing on skiing fundamentals while maintaining the safety of the guest(s) at all times. Within her first week of being hired, Whitney obtained her Level I certification through PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America). She consistently demonstrated exceptional guest service skills during lessons and was a positive brand ambassador. She was also a coach for the alpine development team for Team Breckenridge Sports Club.
