At The Tyler Place, staff are expected to always act in a professional manner for guests of the resort and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. - Facilitate Guest experience on a number of outings provided such as mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, and evening events at the Inn - Knowledge of bartending and drinks required to be made - Ability to fix and maintain a fleet of 200+ Bicycles - Knowledge and ability to communicate rock climbing safety practices including knots, harnesses, and belay technique

The Rover oversees all 15 teams throughout Boulder County and assists with projects as well as acting as a replacement for absent Team Leaders - Ability to fulfill all requirements and duties of a team leader including accurate notekeeping of all projects completed and management of 6-12 youths between the ages of 14-17 - Fill in as needed for absent team leaders and assistant team leaders - Assisting teams with difficult projects or interpersonal difficulties - Required knowledge and operation of a variety of vehicles
