Led implementation and rollout of Velox Structured Reporting module. In charge of all stages of SDLC, from ideation and requirements to implementation and ensuring customer success. • Developed a brand new product offering based on DICOM SR (Structured Reporting). Pioneered the new electronic forms approach to creation of reports based on raw SR data. • Managed a development team of 12 direct reports, ensuring that product goals were met and the product was meeting requirements and customer expectations. Worked with developers, QAs, technical support, sales and implementation personnel. • Traveled to customer sites to perform workflow analyses and formulate efficient and cost-effective implementation solutions leveraging existing investments and budgetary constraints. • Wrote technical support documents that were instrumental in training new staff and were used in troubleshooting and technical product guides. • Actively involved with beta testing and monitoring success of beta sites, including bug tracking and patch management. • Coordinated product installations and data migrations for new sites/clients. • As an Account Manager, established and supported relationships, ensuring client success and satisfaction.
