OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
PrAna has a unique opportunity for a Sales Coordinator who will work side-by-side with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to assist our dealers and direct consumers in all aspects of their account as it pertains to prAna sales and customer service. Responsibilities include qualifying new accounts, checking territories for distribution conflicts, maintaining CRM database, assisting at tradeshows, preparing clothing samples, performing data entry, working directly with dealers and direct consumers, assisting with inbound/outbound calls, and coordinating mailings which includes ordering,organizing, and maintaining documents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Wholesale Customer Support:
- Entering and modifying orders. Includes uploading EDI transmissions and prAna dealer website orders.
- Assist customers with product purchases and assortments by providing the most up to date sales information for their specific distribution channel and providing personal product knowledge.
- Provide ATS reports for all regional customers.
- Ensure that all open orders are shipped out on the scheduled ship date and prior to cancel date.
- Manipulate open order reports to ensure accuracy and shipping timeliness. This information should be communicated to reps and customers.
- Provide and create return authorizations for warranty and other product issues.
- Work directly with customers and prAna accounting dept regarding credit issues, invoicing and terms.
- Respond to all wholesale inquiries and distribute contact and distribution information to the appropriate sales representative.
- Work with the Sales and C/S team to ensure that all customers are taken care of in a timely manner.
Outside Sales Rep Support:
- Work with Sales Reps to assist our dealers in all aspects of their business as it pertains to prAna sales.
- Responsibilities include qualifying new accounts, checking territories for distribution conflicts, maintaining CRM database, assisting at tradeshows, preparing samples, and performing data entry.
- Support regional reps by making direct sales calls, tending to all customer service needs and providing necessary sales tools.
- Travel to regional and national tradeshows / meetings when necessary to support reps and Sales Management.
Direct Sales Customer Support: Ecomm and Influencer
- Answer all incoming customer calls.
- Help consumers adjust information regarding their order and account.
- Update and charge credit card info as needed.
- Process consumer returns and warranty issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 1-2 years of wholesale sales experience
(retail sales experience also is a plus) with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
- Must be highly motivated/energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have previous telephone customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have excellent data entry skills.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and follow through skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, team environment.
- Must be willing and able to travel for business trips 3-4 weeks per year, with possible international travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to look at and use a computer screen for extended periods of time
