A key skateboarding footwear & apparel company, is looking for the right person to join our International Sales Department. This position is dedicated to the growth of our company brand in current and new international markets. It is a great opportunity for someone with previous international sales experience *in the action sports industry. A demonstrated success in growing international sales is a must, with a passion for action sports a plus.

International Sales Department Responsibilities Include:

* Assist the international sales director to insure the appropriate levels of distribution and sales and service are met.
* This position will work closely with key international accounts to assist in yearly business planning to maximize sales and provide a foundation for future growth.
* This roles requires the the abilities of self motiviated, self starting and forward thinking, takes own initative, team player but enjoys working independently.
* This would be a growth position.

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in an international sales department within the action sports industry.
* Multi lingual - areas of Chinese and Spanish a plus.
* Demonstrated success in growing an international presence and sales.
* Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with integrated business software.
* Demonstrated success in business planning including marketing.
* Must be able to handle a large International account base and have a clear understanding of international trade rules.
* Must be willing to travel internationally and have a current passport.
* Energetic and performance oriented individual who has a passion for international business and is customer service oriented with the ability to deliver effectively against short and long term goals.
