Create, review, and co-manage specification packages and bill-of-materials for completion and accuracy in the PLM system; work with cross-functional teams to proactively address any outstanding issues that directly affect the final product. Ensure updates are properly recorded and changes are made in tech packs, costing samples, and other tracking documents. Negotiate costing to ensure all styles align with cost/product goals including costs, minimums, lead-time, and quality. Track and facilitate approval of factory submissions such as samples of various stages, fabrics, trims, labels, and test reports. Oversee bespoke department including all special collaborations, custom orders, and management of design archives. Responsible for the development and production of all private collections for J.Crew, Pucci, John Derian, Luke Edward Hall, Brooks Brothers, Mr. Porter, Moda Operandi, Happy Menocal, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Michael Bastian, Lane Crawford, United Arrows, Rancourt, and Castañer.
