Develop and design all in-store retail printed materials, packaging, brand work, and photography for the Siren Retail brands, Starbucks Reserve and Princi. Bring new ideas, collaboration, a nimbleness to respond quickly and fearlessly to feedback, and a highly considered approach to design. Lead and support the development of small and large-scale projects and in-store campaigns.

Oversee the creative development of branded materials to support MOD’s in-store needs, digital and traditional advertising. Partner with Marketing, Store Design, manage external designers, photographers, copywriters, agencies, print production partners. Enforce brand guidelines across all channels. Develop and manage library of creative assets. Key accountabilities include developing creative briefs and execution plans needed for in-store graphic needs and external materials. Provide leadership and creative direction to design team and convey vision and values of the MOD brand.

Drive creative development from concept to design completion, including sample layouts, story boards, and art direction for illustration and photography. Direct and manage freelance creative partners (photographers, illustrators, and designers). Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and digital. Conceptualize and execute web and print advertising campaigns, trade show graphics and booth designs, banners, logos designs and video. Collaborate with other members of the Brand Creative team and Brand Production team to find the best strategic, on-brand solutions. Presentation savvy –prepare comps of concepts and present them to clients and/or senior leaders.

Develop and design strategic, thoughtful, and smart creative in support of the Coinstar brand. Create design solutions for internal clients in the capacity of designer, researcher and vision setter. Design and produce marketing support and promotional print collateral, web, email, social media and UI deliverables. Lead and inspire conceptual kiosk design for New Ventures lines of business.
