Knotcraft Fly Fishing
Guide, Visual Art Direction | 01/2019 - Current
In January of 2019 I set on a path to learn, observe, and supplement my thinking with a more tangible perspective on people, the outdoors, and the relationship between the two. Knotcraft is an angling and observation company rooted design. It is an ethic of perception, interpretation, and delivery.
I'm a professional fly fishing guide based on the Front Range in Colorado. From leadership, to local knowledge, and regional expertise, I provide guests with the tools and know-how to achieve world class fishing experiences on outstanding water systems and in unbelievable places. I'm an expert in fly fishing instruction for technique related requirements as well as tactical strategy in pursuit of fish species.

Topo Designs
White Label Sales | 12/2016 - 01/2019
The White Label program encompasses B2B and corporate sales, bulk, custom, collaboration, and otherwise unique projects outside the normal retail or online channels.
Being part of the wave of success that Topo Designs has experienced has opened up my ability to create and think critically about the planning elements necessary in product development, design requirements, inventory management and warehousing, as well as brand identity within the scope of sales. I developed the White Label program from the ground up to handle all requirements that exist outside traditional retail and ecommerce channels.
Oskar Blues Brewery
National Sponsorship Coordinator | 06/2016 - 06/2016
I worked within and across the sales, marketing, promotional, and sponsorship areas of the brewery in order to create or facilitate opportunities that would serve to further develop the Oskar Blues brand.
Utilizing sponsorship resources on a national scale, the objective of the program was to develop relationships with communities and individuals across disciplines to make for amazing experiences and encourage positive sales growth as part of a larger go-to-market strategy.
EDC Consulting LLC
Operations and Project Manger | 06/2012 - 06/2016
I worked across company’s management, sales, business development, and onsite delivery teams to help make sound decisions thereby accelerating productivity and minimizing costs. As the Operations Manager for the company, my role revolved around ensuring the best possible quality, cost, and timely delivery of workforce tasking. In addition to facilitating the delivery of ongoing programs, I was part of the process in qualifying and approving incoming opportunities to develop EDC’s go-to-market strategy based on needs or climate. In addition to my overall role at EDC, I was the Facility Security Officer for the company and contributed as a Project Manager in several capacities.
Hardcore Hockey
Director of Operations | 01/2003 - 06/2012
While contributing full time as a professional hockey instructor and hands-on coaching asset, I led business operations, development, sales, marketing, and ancillary processes for the Hardcore Hockey brand. Critical in this role was the creation and dissemination of detailed marketing and communication plans for outreach and sales to current and prospective clients. In addition to a foundational role with the company, I managed all public relations requirements, content generation, editing, proofreading, and publishing for the brand.
