Responsible for building a company designed to help local creatives, as well as businesses, broaden their reach to potential consumers. Currently providing design services and marketing consultation for a variety of businesses including event, bar and restaurant, athletic, fashion, education, construction and real estate industries.

Responsible for product assortments from design concept all the way through store sell-in for both wholesale and retail, full price and outlet. Categories include Women's Inline and Men's and Women's Outlet, Accessories, Graphic Tees and all apparel and accessories for ASICS owned and ASICS sponsored events.

Responsible for determining seasonal bulk buys and in season reorders and placing buys for ASICS events and retail stores. Managed inventory through forecasting sales, determining the annual budget and exit strategies.

Responsible for buying Men's and Children's apparel and accessories for all stores and e-commerce. Developed private label programs to ensure that sales, gross profit margin and inventory goals were met and exceeded.

Responsible for training and coaching employees and ensuring that all sales goals were met and exceeded. Other responsibilities included creating schedules, maintaining payroll, leading product workshops and managing all store visual merchandising.
