vendors and global logistics to meet the company's 2018 sales objectives of $196M in revenues.

? Implemented tighter buying structure cutting $100M of inventory, saving $30-40M in operating costs

online and store allocations. Scheduled and tracked deliveries and receipt of incoming products for on time
replenishments and product launches. Worked with shipping forwarders to coordinate domestic and international
inbound shipments in compliance with all international import and export laws. Created merchandising and
inventory reports for seasonal development meetings. Proofed ecommerce and catalogue content against buy
plans and inventory levels to ensure maximum sales potential.
