Restaurant Supervisor: Responsible for opening the restaurant and delegating tasks to employees. Manage employee scheduling and placing/receiving deliveries of goods. Ensuring a clean and prepared restaurant prior to opening. During peak hours, handling any guest complaints/ensuring guest satisfaction along with assisting co-workers. At the end of the night, ensuring the restaurant is clean and organized for the next day and closed accordingly. Additionally, manage end of night sales numbers, input them into the appropriate data base, and report them to corporate each night. Bartender: Responsible for compiling phone orders for take-out, making drinks and providing customer service to walk-up customers, and preparing drinks for all servers in the restaurant.
