Women’s Cleo + Wolf collection, Boot Barn’s new non-western inspired line, launching Spring 2022. Specialized focus on fabric selection, unique dye processes and updated silhouettes with the goal to capture a new target market for Boot Barn. 3 seasons of development, over 200+ products. Lead creative designer and hybrid product development end to end.

Assistant on sketching, BOM and tech pack updates, trend research and other organization. Idyllwind is a celebrity licensed rock western line headed by Miranda Lambert.

Worked with men’s and women’s products for Harley-Davidson to produce its first take on “fast fashion”. Utilized proven best-selling bodies to repeat and build newness by either recoloring, changing construction methods, fabric change or graphic update. Ready to wear cut and sew knits, wovens and accessories. Designed 39 styles and managed over 100+ supplier sourced styles. Daily work in Illustrator, tech packs, BOMs and communication with vendors. Cross functional team collaboration for quick and efficient production of styles.

Incorporated fashion and function to produce top of the line men’s and women’s performance gear for Harley-Davidson riders. Utilized advanced construction techniques to build gear that provided the utmost protection while on the road. Functional apparel for riding: leather jackets, textile jackets and gloves. Designed 20 glove styles, 7 jacket styles and managed 2 additional seasons of glove development. Trend research, ideation, sketching and mood board creation. Daily work in Illustrator: CAD illustration and tech pack maintenance. BOM formatting and updates in accordance with product build. Management of prototype development and communication with vendors on needs for the successful advancement of prototypes. Responsible for timely sample flow and adherence to the development calendar. Presented at key calendar phases for group awareness, agreement and costing check points. Attendance of weekly fit sessions to evaluate the look, feel and functionality of prototypes. Curated head-to-toe looks with alignment to specific bike launches.

Reviewed pre-production samples for quality review across all categories (casual and functional apparel, accessories, helmets). Evaluated aesthetics of the pre-production samples and packaging/labeling. Ensured each sample met all requirements with the tech pack and bill of materials. Communicated with the designated vendor on accuracy or if improvement was needed. Liable for weekly content, care and traceability label approval. Responsible for the analysis of bulk shade band submissions. Assistance in warranty data entry and other organization.
