• Educate parents, stakeholders and potential contributors on the club’s policies and philosophies on youth development and age appropriate activities through orientations, seminars and written material • Provide support to current and potential players and their families through excellent communication and technical support for registration and ordering • Ensure programs are current with best practices, maintaining relationships with local, state and national coaching authorities • Provide monthly performance reports and conduct weekly direct contact with coaches on game day analysis feedback, coach development, and training program design • Serve as liaison with directors from other local and regional clubs and to state and national organizations, and foster collaborative relationships with these organizations • Coordinate and develop new programs to increase membership • Work with Board to track and report performance measures • Assist the Rocky Mountain FC Board, and US Soccer executives to organize state-run coaching clinics, including coordinating national coach license courses • Develop and conduct age appropriate clinics on player skill development and coach training • Lead the development and maintenance of a yearly travel calendar including scheduling, conducting and facilitating player tryouts
