Manage two departments & a team of 4. Main task is to conceptualize and produce marketing + design initiatives to further brand awareness, customer growth and sales support. Lead designer and team lead for the custom art department. Generate content, copy, graphics and guidance. Utilize all marketing + design platforms. Print, web, email, social, event, tradeshow, product and packaging. Additionally used as a product photographer and motion graphics designer.

Initially hired for a re-brand to entice one of the biggest grocery chains in the nation to choose their sauce. This initiative was successful and has now grown to nationwide distribution and the inclusion in a number of other successful chains. Kept on as marketing and design lead to further brand awareness and increase sales across the board.

Assist with marketing strategy, brand development with a focus on tradeshow design and implementation. Additional duties included web design, sales support, QA testing, email + print marketing, on-boarding materials, photography + office support.
