Reporting to Action Challenge Manager Action Challenge, Center Parcs, Whinfell Forest, Cumbria • Running high ropes sessions, one to one, with groups age ranging 5 upwards, using belaying systems including 'GriGri's • Running indoor climbing sessions using a Tru-Blue system • Performing send offs, monitoring and rescues on an aerial circuit, both at 6metres and 12metres, with rescues performed using a hoist system and Industrial Descender. • Setting up ropes and taking down at beginning and end of sessions • Briefing guests on all activities • Dealing with booking and other issues including not conforming to rules and regulations • Working and communication with young children and guests with special requirements

• Representing the course at university open days • Assisting in talks given at open days/applicant days • Running applicant days- including demonstrating techniques, answering questions and delivering information

Reporting to Head of Performance Leeds United Girls Regional Talent Club, Sheburn High School, Leeds • Creating a new Prehabilitation Clinic to recognise and target players with a high risk of injury, and perform exercises/treatments to prevent this • Organising player information on programs such as Excel • Recording and Handling Medical Information • Shadowing and Assisting Club Physiotherapists

Assisting with the collection of data for a study regarding 'Falls within Elderly Women'. Using Biodex, Dexa, Ultrasound and reflex testing.

• Collecting feedback for each module of the course • Attending meetings with Head of the course to discuss and suggest improvements/changes that need to be made • Presenting information to module leaders and heads of departments.
