Black Rifle Coffee Company
Inside Sales Manager | 01/2017 - 03/2020
As a highly caffeinated, data-driven, and results-oriented Business and Retail Inside Sales Manager in Black Rifle Coffee's Sales Division, I excel at initiating, developing, cultivating, and maintaining long-term relationships with current and prospective wholesale Dealer and B2B Retailer accounts.
Accustomed to fast-paced business environments, I expertly communicate and collaborate, working closely with all areas of the company, and provide
vital and timely information to a variety of team members. I work diligently to address each individual Dealer/B2B's needs and requests, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, analyze sales data, identify potential business
opportunities, and monitor all stages of the sales cycle while problem-solving in creative ways to reach prospective goals, improve workflows, and optimize
processes for maximum efficiency within the company, all while delivering an unmatched level of support through all stages of the sales process as we continue to grow the Black Rifle Coffee brand.
Since becoming part of Black Rifle Coffee's Sales Team in August 2017, I have helped establish and implement many new SOP's for BRCC's sales processes. By owning the sales cycle and account management of BRCC's
Retailers, I played an integral part in cultivating +90% sales growth and +60% growth in B2B Accounts in my first six months, +240% growth in sales revenue and +160% growth in B2B Accounts in 2018, and 41% growth in sales revenue and +25% growth in B2B Accounts in 2019 for the B2B Sales Division.

LabCorp
Patient Services Technician | 01/2013 - 06/2014
As a PST, I performed phlebotomy procedures on patients of various demographics, ranging from pediatrics to seniors. I used LabCorp's LIS computer system to locate and fill orders for laboratory testing according to the doctors' request. I processed blood and various other specimens such as urine, IG PAPs, stool, biopsies, and cultures in house before they would be sent to the lab. I entered and maintained patient demographic, insurance, and billing information to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information was always in the patient's record.
My positive personality, effectiveness, and proficiency as a phlebotomist, in conjunction with my exceptional customer service and drive to go above and beyond were key assets for my success as a PST. The position required
frequent collaboration with medical assistants, nurses, and doctors who could depend on me as a liason and reference for any laboratory related questions.
