Manage said submittal log and ensure all submittals are processed promptly. Attend weekly project meetings as requested by GC and keep detailed meeting minutes for publishing to project team. Draft, submit, and track all RFI’s and distribute to all teams members as appropriate. Review project logs (RFI’s, Submittals, PCO’s) with Superintendent on a weekly basis. Pursue and monitor submittals and track deliveries of materials. Verify all submittal conformity to plans & specifications. Execute payment applications. Complete quantity take-offs as requested by estimating. Check invoices for accuracy and compare to cost to complete forecast.

Represented Imperial Motion Clothing, Centurion Boats, Inland Surfer, SoulCraft, Agenda Traction, Ipath, WakesurfNC and California Marine Sports as a professional athlete at contests, through interviews and photo shoots around the world.

Individually identified 132 discrepancies on 72 nuclear certified vehicle asset documents. Responsible for contract and warranty repairs, status, and funding. Develops and administers long and short range plans and programs for completion of scheduled maintenance and special projects.
