Responsible for coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings. Review Owner contract and become familiar with terms & conditions. Distribute all short interval and overall project schedules. Ensure subcontractors have the most up to date scopes of work. Create & maintain the overall project schedule. Ability to review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long lead times and critical path items. Complete evaluations/comparisons of bids, scope review, and complete buyouts as needed. Develop a project submittal log and obtain designer’s approval. Manage said submittal log and ensure all submittals are processed promptly. Attend weekly project meetings as requested by GC and keep detailed meeting minutes for publishing to project team. Draft, submit, and track all RFI’s and distribute to all teams members as appropriate. Review project logs (RFI’s, Submittals, PCO’s) with Superintendent on a weekly basis. Pursue and monitor submittals and track deliveries of materials. Verify all submittal conformity to plans & specifications. Execute payment applications. Complete quantity take-offs as requested by estimating. Check invoices for accuracy and compare to cost to complete forecast.

I took part in a tour throughout the world to promote products in front of large crowds of people as a professional wake surfer. Completed hundreds of speaking engagements and professional appearances at national and corporate events. I mentored and trained several elite athletes, including two Women World Champions and a 2x Third place Mens World Champion. Represented Imperial Motion Clothing, Centurion Boats, Inland Surfer, SoulCraft, Agenda Traction, Ipath, WakesurfNC and California Marine Sports as a professional athlete at contests, through interviews and photo shoots around the world.

Developed and maintained Joint Base Lewis-McChord’s Vehicle Fleet monthly Schedule Maintenance program for 289 vehicles, with an estimated value of $57 million dollars. The Nuclear Surety Inspection program manager responsible for submitting the nuclear certified vehicle listing. Individually identified 132 discrepancies on 72 nuclear certified vehicle asset documents. Responsible for contract and warranty repairs, status, and funding. Develops and administers long and short range plans and programs for completion of scheduled maintenance and special projects.
