Attorneys Real Estate Group
Digital Marketing Manager | 04/2021 - Current
I am currently working as digital marketing manager at the company "Attorneys Real Estate Group" I have
succeeded in driving new revenue to the company through new clients who have retained with our firm.
I have successfully driven new clients who retain our law firm services by setting up optimized & leveraged inbound channels & demand generation systems.
My overall "credo" when it comes to marketing is this: "Focus on adding value to the prospect, convey the benefit & what problem is solved or need is provided for.
With that end in mind, I use the following 6 strategies to systematically attract new clients & revenue
to Attorneys Real Estate Group:
Website Design - The cornerstone of any digital marketing strategy is to have a perfected website. When
I say perfected, all I mean is that it is considered as optimized as possible before sending traffic to it from a variety of digital marketing channels. Proper website design includes conversion & design elements as well as relevant seo & content.
See Website I Designed Here - https://attorneysre.com
Online Reviews - For getting reviews, what I do is obtain reviews and try to make sure the person is
very specific and writes about their specific service. What happens over time is that the keywords in the person's review sticks out in Google and causes your GMB listing to stick out, attracting you a click, or a phone call.
Organic Seo - Considered the holy grail for lead generation online for most types of businesses, this is
a 3 part strategy we implement in order to "Rank" your website in search engines, so it shows up when
people search for a business related term. The 3 parts are: onsite seo (website optimization), content
creation & building backlinks.
Paid Ads - Using paid ads is the quickest way that you can essentially immediately begin to see profitable
leads to your business. This can involved Google, Microsoft & Facebook Ads. You can also run search ads,
local ads or display ads which are all a slightly different variant & work well in varying situations.
Call Rail - If you truly want to be able to track ROI of your digital marketing campaigns, then you need to have an intricate system of forwarding numbers, keyword tracking, conversion goals & analytics. What
this allows you to do is get critical insight into which channels are producing the most call volume and thus where you should focus.
Craigslist - Another very quick way to generate leads is to post simple ads in places where people are
actively coming to look for businesses to hire. These ads are extremely cheap to both create and to post, and bring laser targeted calls to your business.
Ads Consulting
Freelance Digital Marketing | 06/2019 - Current
I currently work at Upwork, a freelancing website, performing freelance digital marketing work for clients,
I mostly do Paid Ads Setups & Management, Ads Consulting, Seo Audits, Technical Seo.
Primary Responsibilities:
• The first type of work I do is google ad account audits, fixes & optimizations. So I'll go in & surgically
diagnose a poor performing Google Ads or Facebook Ads account & help to improve conversions & meet
KPI's for the client's account.
• I've also done straight management work for clients, so that means coming into an already decent
performing paid ads account usually for a digital agency & working as the freelance paid ads manager
basically.
• I've also done paid consulting jobs on zoom where I have a google slideshow & documents setup & I'm
teaching a local business or their staff different digital marketing tasks
• I have just built ad accounts from the ground up for clients usually local businesses, making sure all
ad account architecture, tracking, keyword research, ad extensions, audiences, copywriting, etc is done
properly for them.
• And I sometimes help clients use SEO tools they already have subscriptions for like Screaming Frog,
Semrush, Majestic, Ahrefs & I tutor/coach them on it or run reports. So I'm like an SEO tool consultant.
