Marketing & Sales

?	Training the new hires.
?	Talking with customers that aren't pleased with something and helping them leave the store happy and satisfied.
?	Organizing the store by creating displays, making signs, and using an artistic eye to keep the store in a way that can be shopped.

Internship with the corporate merchandiser

?	Helped prepare, take and set up catering for people from 10 to 300 people.
?	Preparing food for hundreds of meals a day.
?	Talked with customers who weren't satisfied with the service and made sure they left pleased with how it was solved and saw them come in at a
later time.

Expeditor and Caterer

?   Served on average 120 customers a day on the register and embroidering names, logos, and signatures on hats.
?   Arranged hats on shelves to make them look more appealing on the racks.
?   Designed and embroidered multiple hats with my own personal logo on them.

Assistant Manager

?   Scanned artwork into the computer and formatted it to the correct style for a comic.
?   Went through files of his previous books and sorted them into files so that we could add them to his website later on.
?   Posted on his Instagram and helped comment back to his followers.


SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP
?   Special needs youth counselor: worked with 40 special needs teens and adults to help their social skills and feel welcome.
?   Suncrest Elementary: helped students one on one with reading to make them read more fluently and work with them on art projects to help their
creativity grow since they didn't have an art teacher.
?   Eagle Scout Project, Boy Scouts of America: collected over 800 books for students and teachers at Suncrest Elementary to help the students reading
scores go up.

Digital Intern

?   Set up deals with customers on the type of lawn care they wanted.
?   Managed time and the money to make the customers and employees happy.
?   A customer wasn't pleased with how the edging was looking so I took the time to talk with them and figure out how we could fix and edge better.
?   Made about $6,000 in 5 years with 3 to 4 lawns.
