February 2022 - Present I created a game show inspired by world famous touring band Phish, collaborating with ten different businesses as sponsors to raise brand awareness for their products and give away prizes such as concert tickets, stickers, camping and outdoors gear, clothing, art, food, promotional codes for discounts in online stores and more throughout the summer at 25 concerts in 13 cities nationwide. Provided expertise in all areas of hiring and training, including front of house operations, comprehensive food and beverage knowledge, including pairings; elite table service and kitchen management. Coordinated with Private Events Manager to execute on site corporate buyouts and a variety off-site events ranging in size from small groups to thousands including private parties, festivals, industry gatherings and food & beverage competitions in multiple large metropolitan areas. Established industry leading proactive, inspired, efficient, forward thinking, agile team that prompted and promoted a positive company culture among both veteran and new staff at multiple locations nationwide. Collaborated with Public Relations teams to develop, produce and promote social media strategies, content and protocols. WWVU (West Virginia University Radio) and KTRU (Rice University Radio) Hosted multi-platform radio programs at West Virginia University and Rice University. Hosted a college focused alternative music program as well as supporting radio stations at multiple volunteer events throughout the Morgantown and Houston communities. Contributed articles to radio station magazine covering major North American music festivals including Bonnaroo, Coachella, ACL, Wakarusa and SXSW.
