Founded and ran a school teaching the sport of wakeboarding from novice level first time riders to competition level tricks and maneuvers. Developed an understanding of state and federal guidelines for running a small business. Managed employees as well as worked in a partnership with 2 other founders. Worked directly with clients building professional relationships and loyal customers. Completed all administrative and financial duties including payroll, budget assessments, tax filing, as well as set up and maintained books and records. Designed a website for marketing with online scheduling and payment options, as well as utilized social media resources to direct clients to our services.

Coached high school rowing at the varsity and novice levels. Worked as a team with other coaches developing workout regimens, lineups, and schedules. Was shadowed directly by an intern coach, instructing him on different coaching techniques, recognizing that different crews respond to different approaches.

Assisted in a kitchen prepping recipes, maintaining supply stocks, taking orders, and working the register.
