I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor degree in Retail and Consumer Behavior and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. During college I also took classes in Fashion Design and Construction and also Business Sustainability. Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to the Los Angeles area to seek merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and product development job opportunities. I am an innovative and passionate worker and I am eager to showcase my skills while also expanding my knowledge in the Retail Industry.

-Provide customer service to answer any customers’ questions or concerns. 
-Record day-to-day services then assign those services to the pool cleaners/technicians. 
-Write and organize customers’ invoices on Invoicely and make sure payments are made on time. 
-Create and maintain the company’s website. 

-Cleaned out fitting rooms and stocked merchandise back neatly for display to increase customer satisfaction. 
-Advertise Macy's daily promotional sales/deals and credit cards to every customer.
-Accomplished the goal of opening at least 3 credit cards each week gaining customer loyalty.
-Provided quality customer service by giving fashion advice or helping customers with their purchases or returns. 
- Worked on Macy's Buy Online, Pick Up in Store feature in the store and gathered any products needed to be shipped for the week. 

Sales Associate

-Marketed tickets to consumers at events around the Wisconsin area.
-Recorded and sold about 200 tickets at each event.
-Answered any questions regarding the team, the new arena, and the upcoming season.
-Counted and managed the money to ensure correct daily sales. 
-Made sure the tables were presentable and stocked with the essential items

Summer Events Intern

-Maintained a clean work environment and stocked any merchandise for display. 
- Communicated with customers while taking their order and relaying it to the kitchen staff. 
- Advertised sales and Glaze "punch cards" to gain more attention to the restaurant.

-Bought and priced merchandise accordingly based on the quality and season of the clothes, accessories and shoes customers gave.
-Gave excellent customer service and offered any fashion advice to customers when needed.
