• Responsible for daily operations of Converse U.S. Distribution comprised of 650K sq. ft housed in Ontario,to include multiple business units and multi brand/multi channel order fulfillment and storage with a total SKU count of 55k. and 8 mllion+ units. • Manage a large scale multi million dollar budget to include line level tracking and accountability. • Communicate daily with Sales, Customer Service and Compliance Directors to ensure both internal and external customer requirements are being efficiently and effectively met on a consistent basis. • Involved in and support Converse’s in-house Lean program and have participated in numerous Kaizen events. • Participated in long term 5 year planning strategies to include analysis of both storage capacity and MHE thresholds and methodology as well as creating projected 5 year operating budgets • Involved in Capital expenditure submissions to include MHE upgrades, new Facilities start up and bringing Hurley Apparel distribution and E-Commerce in-house to the Converse Apparel Center. • Integral part of 2 new facility start ups to include site selection, MHE and racking design, process flow and T.I. build outs. • Manage a total of 10 Managers that subsequently managed 130 full time employees as well as up to 350 contingent workforce team members. • Consistently met all company Financials goals for last 9+ years • Expereinced in the RFP and RFQ process to include final selection for new vendors. • Developed and internal Leadership Program and facilitated continuous employee learning and development. • Hands on Management approach that encourages creative problem solving, innovation and staff development • Work in a Manhattan WM (formerly PKMS) environment
