Art director for young men and boys private label and licensed graphics tees. These programs were sold to mass, mid-tier, and specialty retailers (Kohls, Belk, JC Penney, Walmart, Hot Topic). I managed the satellite office staffed with a team of 8 designers and 2 freelancers. Met with our retail and license partners to present trends, line reviews, discuss current and future business.

Created graphics for juniors apparel line based off of Vans top sellers and current market trends.

Provided creative support for direct to retail (Kohls) youth and young mens action sport apparel line (graphics, cut and sew, accessories, packaging). Developed t-shirt line from concept to final production. Managed and directed freelance artists. Built seasonal trend boards. Introduced style guides in our dept for internal and external vendors. Presented quarterly line reviews with Kohls buyers and upper management. Worked on 20+ seasons for Hawk, Hang Ten and Pirate Surf. Totaling about 175 skus each season. $150mil annual retail business at Kohls.
