Managed day-to-day operations both in-house and by overseeing warehousing partners handling ecommerce fulfillment. Maintained all aspects of the supply chain from material planning and procurement, to production scheduling, and parcel optimization. Onboarded new B2B partners, handling new product introductions and ensuring orders were flowing through the proper channels. Oversaw selection of 3PL partner, as we transitioned from a hybrid fulfillment model to a single node. Being a very young startup, I was able to step up in help in many ways outside of the typical role as well. I maintained product labels by learning basic Zebra Print Language (ZPL) coding. Additionally, I managed the office, which included maintaining supplies and setting up up/maintaining conference rooms functionality.

I was responsible for the the oversight of the end-to-end supply chain of a DTC brand selling cell phone cases and accessories. I got to coordinate with manufacturers in China, freight forwarders, and domestic partners to ensure consistent product flow during the height of the pandemic. Successes include increasing Amazon IPI by 15% and FBA sales by 40% YoY, while also project managing the launch of several projects, including the iPhone 13 line of cases.

I was accountable for building a nationwide and nimble supply chain with a non-profit budget. I managed everything from procurement to manufacturing to logistics for 28 locations across the USA. Successes included the reduction in material costs by 20% YoY in year 1, leading a cross-functional team in optimizing network design, and managing several RFPs to lower costs and establish new relationships for logistics, materials, and warehouse services.

I trained and managed groups of volunteers, ranging from 10-500+ people, in a meal-production process. Meanwhile, I also oversaw ordering and forecasting for the highest-revenue warehouse in the organization.

I oversaw the back-end operations of concessions for the most popular minor-league baseball team in the country. All aspects of food and beverage along with consumable products flowed through me and the team I managed. Successes include helping lead the concessions team to its most profitable season YTD.

Assisted in managing grocery department's orders and inventory. Oversaw stocking a few different sections over the years- including the dairy aisle, frozen foods, baking goods, and canned goods.
