• Direct to Consumer EDI Processing for E-commerce accounts, managing order files, contracts, and 3 rd party networks
• Manage daily EDI Error Log to analyze and resolve EDI concerns
• Help problem solve EDI failures by investigating purchase order data
• Work cross functionally with dealers and the EDI team to onboard new customers, including agreements and EDI / SAP testing
• Manage daily Direct to Consumer order file in SAP, monitor customer vendor portals to include DSCO/CommerceHub, Hingeto, and SPS Commerce 
• Analyze seasonal DTC contract conversions to identify key styles to help maximize sales; monitor and maintain accurate DTC inventory feeds
• Monitor EDI 846 inventory files and confirm styles are live on account’s websites
• B2B Elastic platform administration including seasonal activation, the creation of UPCs/catalogs/and order forms with end user support and training
• Work daily with the Technical B2B team to strategize Elastic platform: new features, bug fixes, discount management, communications, and all U.S. project requirements for development and production
• Regression testing for new B2B releases; monitor Elastic platform email queue
