Contact customers through e-mail, WeChat, phone and face-to-face meeting; guide them to visit the garment, fabric and accessory markets, pick out the apparels and fabrics that may be hot in US in coming few months. 2. Communicate with the Amerian merchandisers, designers, factory director, paper pattern makers, sample makers, fabric buyer, external factories' merchandiser, workshop supervisor, back-end supervisor, shippers, financial personnel, etc., acting as a One-to-Many operational bridge. 3. Purchase or customize sample fabrics and accessories; arrange develop sample work. 4. Translate fit comments, draw simplified sketches to make them easier to understand; arrange fit sample work; inspect sample size spec and shoot photos; send customers color charts, instock quality swatches and accessaries. 5. Make cost budget, offer quotation and delivery date; arrange pre-production sample work; purchase or customize bulk fabrics and accessories, send customers bulk swatches or lab dips. 6. Inspect, return or replenish bulk fabrics; arrange cutting bulk fabrics and production sample work. 7. Update daily production schedule; make various lists of material, fit comment, production and package for each order; follow up express delivery, shipment, after-sales work. 8. Remind customers to pay for downpayment and balance; make bill breakdowns, fix invoice errors, negotiate cost-sharing items with customers. Leaving Reason: 1. One important customer (Charlotte Russe) was bankrupt, the boss plans to only focus on domestic business in future; 2. Now I can only get based salary without commission and bonuses. Achievements: 1. Every work process can be accurately followed up and completed in time, never make any big mistake. 2. Can get along well with different customers and staffs to ensure work can be done as requests. 3.
