Responsible for building brand sales throughout the Midwestern and Southeast United States. Manage new business activities targeting corporate accounts, large chain stores, and small, independent companies.

Worked with footwear companies and manufacturers to develop and market products made in China. Managed product design and quality control processes. Trained a variety of sales teams concerning technical aspects of how the product was manufactured.

Directed all sales and operations, while building mutually profitable long term business relationships with large motorcycle manufacturers. Managed a team of assemblers to insure the bikes were correctly put together and delivered to the consumer on schedule.

Established and built the company from its inception to a $25 million distributor of European comfort footwear throughout North and South America. Developed a sales-driven company, one in which the sales team had the resources and support to attain maximum individual success.
