Drove research, ideation, design, and development of market-appropriate and highly commercial footwear across all categories, including all Work-Industrial / Safety. Hired, directed, guided, and coached internal designers and pool of 2 to 4 external designers while maintaining own full project load. Led ideation, design refinement, and development, and held accountability for designer workload, time management, and travel. Executed directly with Asia Development electronically, and via multiple annual trips.
