While reporting to the VP of design my task was to elevate the design assets quality and language of Hot Wheels soft and hard goods through new design directions and production techniques. Worked cross functionally with stakeholders and licensees to integrate their needs into design strategies.

• Establish design direction for all licensed Hot Wheels global products, $100mil brand.
• Responsible for all global graphic and product design approvals to stay on brand.

category retail strategies.
