As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) my goal is to establish or re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase machine and parts and service sales by making 30-40 calls per day. My customers are typically small construction, landscape and governmental customers. I proactively manage an account base in an assigned territory, employing a disciplined phone call campaign approach. I provide retail assistance and coordination for customers with all sales activities, even if they don't actually perform these functions personally, such as demonstrating, qualifying, quoting, and closing the sale. I utilize direct mail and other promotional activities to drive business.

Website design/ Remote Engineer/ Colorado Avalanche Reporter/On-Air Talent As the Marketing/Promotions Director for FRSN I was responsible for creating and maintaining all promotional events throughout the year. I was in charge of all social media aspects of FRSN including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google+. I maintained the website www.ESPNDENVER.com updating stories, headlines and scheduling ads. I created "artwork" for the website on a daily basis. Finally I was solely responsible for our newsletter that went out once every two weeks. In a smaller role I continued to be the backup for our remote engineers and am the secondary Colorado Avalanche reporter for FRSN. In doing so I participated in our weekly Hockey Hour show Wednesday's 6p-7p where we discuss the Colorado Avalanche and DU Pioneers.
