Account Operation Manager

Accounting & Finance

•   Work with clients to manage day-to-day operations including problem solving issues associated with receiving, fulfillment and light manufacturing
•   Track metrics and KPIs associated with clients; Keep track of and tabulate client billings on a monthly basis; Inventory analysis
•   Manage a team of warehouse associates; Hire and train additional staff; Forecast labor needs
•   Maneuver inside various technology platforms to execute operational tasks on behalf of clients
•   Communicate with clients regularly; Expedite and execute critical processes and tasks
•   Coordinate with clients to scope out special projects; Relay instructions to the warehouse team on behalf of clients
•   Instruct and educate with internal client staff on systems & processes
•   Proficient in Shopify, Amazon, SPS, Deposco, and Shiphero

•   Oversee, train, and communicate product updates and company initiatives to outside sales reps and in house reps
•   Handle variety of accounts located on Long Island, NC, SC, GA, FL, Pacific NW, CO, AZ, & NM by catering to each client's
specific portfolio: constructing orders, scheduling visits, daily needs, going above and beyond for customer
•   Analyze specific revenue generators for the brand relating to specific territories and awareness
•   Maintaining productivity effectively in a fast pace environment and timely manor

Account Executive- Sales

•   Build & maintain close relationships with customer and understand customers' demands
•   Train and manage outside sales representatives
•   Building orders for accounts and placing special orders
•   Monitor all embroidery orders for golf division
•   Travel to accounts and plan, execute, and attend visits for events or trade shows
•   Knowledgeable on products, communicating promotions and information about new products
•   Increase brand awareness in territories that lack business
•   Increase revenue and growth of company
•   Profound knowledge in Excel, Word, PDF, Outlook, Gmail, Bluecherry POS, NuOrder
