I am a professional with exceptional service standards and values in the luxury hospitality industry.  I have a positive attitude and confidence to find the solution that best fits the current opportunity.  I have worked in customer service, was chosen for task force to open the Del Mar Marriott and create policies and procedures for concierge, guest relation, hotel phone, valet and bell desk.  
The attention to detail in the luxury industry is a key success factor in what I have accomplished over the past 20 years.  I believe in genuine care and comfort towards every person.  Knowing your product and having the tools from educations classes or even being able to read guest body language is a key driving tool for a companies bottom line.  
I am looking for growth and upward mobility with a company that I may be proud of and make them shine at the end of the day as well.  

Calling guest a head of time. Confirming appointments, creating a new menu for the spa and working with ESPA company out of United Kingdom.  Launching ESPA, products, training and creating policies and procedures for all the massage, facial, dry treatments.
Assist with group events from 2-250 people a day.  Such as volleyball, bike tours, surf lessons, whale watching, fishing charters to a round of gold.
Meeting and greeting all ladies and gentlemen that arrive and assisting with tours of the facilities.  Such as the fitness center that is 2200 square feet.  Scheduling yoga and other fitness instructors on a weekly basis.  Making sure that all of the equipment is in working order on a daily basis.  
Conducting line up and make sure that the ladies and gentlemen working know what is taking place with VIP's , tours, groups and group business around the property.
