I make tech design packages, and computer-generated and manual patterns for a wide variety of apparel.

• Patterns 1st thru production made on Gerber for Adidas men’s, boy’s, big and tall boardshorts. • Developed and maintained specs and graded measurements, which were emailed to global contractors, made fit correction comments with photos, and / or sketches, for factory to resubmit corrected garments. • Scheduled fitting with models and senior management to develop final fit for production. • Set-up and organized the pattern library.

• Worked closely with product development and design to direct and maintain consistent fit and attention to detail. • Set up and evaluated fittings on live models. • Reviewed garment construction, and measurements. • Managed fit sessions, listed comments, sketched pattern correction manually & updated PLM style/spec sheet. • Set up initial tech packs with applicable grading rules. • Coordinated and prioritized new daily goals for Element Men’s, Plan B and Von Zipper for Billabong. • Created and maintained spec sheets. • Made correction to manual first patterns from designer sketches to send to vendors. • Provided complete overseas tech packages consisting of proper specs and designer-approved fit garments prior to sending to vendors.

• From designer sketches, created first patterns through production for missy market – mostly draping to produce corresponding pattern, as well as computer-generated and flat-pattern dresses, fashion-forward blouses, skirts and jackets for office to cocktail markets. • Created solid fitted blocks for the above product lines. • Performed fast turnaround for complicated design construction of knit and woven garments. • Performed fittings with designer on all prototypes, and made pattern corrections.

• Created refined tech packages to be sent overseas. • Performed fittings with live model youth bottoms (specifically boys, kids, and toddlers) since May of 2005. • Met strict deadlines to consistently produce perfectly fitted boys, kids and toddler block bottoms which served as blueprints for the whole season.

• Contributed to the $19 million dollar boardshort revenue increase since 1991. • Administrated boardshorts for young men, kids, and junior lines for 8 years, revised patterns on the computer throughout the working day to produce accurate production patterns for domestic release. • Was responsible for 100% of first-through-production patterns for domestic boardshorts. • Performed live fittings with designer on all prototypes received from overseas.
