Worked to troubleshoot and configure executive and artist computers. Created accounts for outside vendors to access Aspera and maintained Aspera directories as per Data I/O retention policies. Worked with management to create sustainable policies for hardware and software access.

Provided excellent customer service with on-the-spot troubleshooting and rapid repairs. Performed hardware troubleshooting and repairs on iPhone, iPod, iPad, Android, and home game consoles. Received training on repairs to LCDs, glass/ digitizers, speakers, microphones, and liquid damage. Maintained a clean and organized work area for next shift and kept front of house area well cleaned and inviting. Opened and closed store independently.
