I was responsible for developing and implementing a proprietary fit process utilizing the Retul Fitting Software. I was responsible for customer development as well as providing a high level of fit service and follow-up. I trained the staff at all the locations in basic sizing principles. I developed and presented various customer and staff clinics in regards to common fitting issues and the possible solutions to those issues. I also was responsible for setting up a fit studio in Utah for the shop owner. I trained his fitter using the fit curriculum that I developed.
