Jacob Grantham: OPERATIONS MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOMENT

I conduct day to day operations of OEXchange. Daily, I engage in business development and cultivation of potential OE clients. I manage product tech support, project management duties, production timelines, QC, as well as handle shipping and logistics between OEXchange factory partners and domestic/international OEXchange OE clients

I ran day to day operations of Edco USA. Daily, handled all shipping and logistics of all the orders. I managed inventory as well as production and QC of all Edco wheels. I was responsible for managing all Edco USA distributor and LBS accounts. I was in charge of building a majority of the wheels as well as training the wheelsbuilders. For Faster, I was the lead fitter. I assisted in facilitating wind tunnel testing with wind tunnel engineer Aaron Ross and Paul Lew

I was one of the founders of MMC in 2014. From concept to execution, myself and my two partners built a sustainable shope and business plan from the ground up. I was responsible for day to day operations, managing the service center, and building the customer base. I also started out fit studio "Pedal Well Fit Studio" and built a strong customer base.

I was responsible for all service related aspects of FHB. I performed a majority of all the service writing as well as all performing all of the service on the client's bikes. I was also responsible for all of the fitting services and customer development in regards to the fit studio.

I was responsible for developing and implementing a proprietary fit process utilizing the Retul Fitting Software. I was responsible for customer development as well as providing a high level of fit service and follow-up. I trained the staff at all the locations in basic sizing principles. I developed and presented various customer and staff clinics in regards to common fitting issues and the possible solutions to those issues. I also was responsible for setting up a fit studio in Utah for the shop owner. I trained his fitter using the fit curriculum that I developed.
