Redesign of DoD (Tri-Service) dental information systems. Main deliverables: Rebrand existing corporate identity, establish a design language and propose initial UI for login, homepage, reports and dashboard. Currently implementing the initial login flow, homepage dashboard, new IA and initial report UI.

Building ‘Join USAA’ experiences for ‘Currently Serving Armed Forces’ and ‘New Recruits’ with banking and insurance application flows as preliminary use cases.

Dynamic marketing banner campaigns for USAA storefront website. Helped lead design efforts for Veterans Day and USAA’s annual ‘digital’ report. Later lead digital storefront experiences like USAA’s Travel Hub, Real Estate while maintaining brand standards as well as side efforts working with a sibling USAA development team on one of the internal USAA employee apps, E-Fit.
