•	Handling all import goods from overseas: headwear, hoodies, backpacks, outerwear, shirts, shorts, knives, yoga pants etc.
•	Established NFL Dallas Cowboys x Hooey headwear production. 
•	Licensed products: College license (University of Texas, A&M), Lone Star Beer. 
•	Properly calculating landed cost based on market status (ex: China tariff changes)
•	Strategic direction and planning for orders based on both historical & analytical sales data
•	Develop and lead the inventory management
o	Inventory turns – minimizing the risk of back orders in every product category
o	Best price – negotiating both FOB & LDP cost with vendor
•	Time and Action – plan ahead of schedule towards new development
o	Create timeline for each product releases by category. In doing so, make sure company has access to latest trends, R&D and open market fabric. 
•	Traveling oversea to source open market fabric for future development
•	Communicating with vendors to insure company has most updated trend in developing future products.


•	Established and maintained relationship with various markets to develop a stronger client base for larger sales volume – Sports, Apparel, Outdoor, Racing, Street, Hunting / Fishing, Promotion, Corporate, Retail Chain etc. 
o	Key buyers: Nike, Columbia, PING, Puma, Aeropostale, Kangol, DC shoes, Obey, Cabelas, MTV, Monster, The North Face
•	Generated over 5 million revenue per year. Totaling over $100M revenue as per whole company
•	Contact with nominated freight forwarder to release the goods for all of FOB shipment.
•	Assist buyers with pricing MOQ, delivery terms (both FOB & LDP) while maintaining company policy and gaining negotiation skills
•	Analyze monthly report for orders, invoices, projections sales margins, and new account
•	Manage all buyers’ SKU / SMU, re-orders, PO, LDP and international drop shipments with oversea factory located in Vietnam and Bangladesh.
•	Exhibit at tradeshows: PGA, Outdoor, Agenda, PPAI, Magic, etc. 
•	Visited factory in Bangladesh and Vietnam for production QC.
