team as needed with credit memos and data input. Tools used were WebApps, MAS, and Outlook email

US payroll and holiday calendars. Processed 401k balances for Expats returning from International

employees globally, processed mass upload requests for incentive payments, foreign currency
conversions, and TOWP uplifts. Participated in implementation of new countries/new projects globally.
Assisted in a new disaster recovery plan for Payroll to be able to identify most recent payroll payments
easily and quickly. Assisted Payroll implementation of the new W4 for 2020, as well as a new automated
garnishment application. Created a report for our government group to easily identify all US employees
who made over $250,000 including all Fluor entities, any international assignments, and all personnel
numbers each employee may have based on name and social security number (typically took Payroll two months to manually perform this process annually).

training documents using uPerform and conducted HR user training in all HR system. Performed

hotline. Assisted Benefits with open enrollment by making corrections to employee selections. During
2018, was highly involved in the implementation of a new payroll system for India which included
requirements reviews, implementation, and finally training to end users (this was mostly a Finance initiative, but obviously affected HR and that was my role). Processed mass uploads of all employee

Function to own their structures. Oversaw entire re-organization of the Company from Level III all the way down as part of the Cascade project led by the Boston consulting Group. Also implemented a new
Global Expat policy globally. Created several new audit reports sustaining the global hierarchy based on
the rules implemented as part of the Cascade project. Processed mass uploads to support all the organizational changes as a result of BCG, as well as all employee actions. As part of the HCM
Initiative, I participated in requirements development meetings to create Smart Forms in anticipation of rolling out a new HRIS system. Created all spreadsheets to design, test, and implement new forms that
related to Organizational Management. Oversaw implementation of Electronic File Management system.

Administered the Service Award Program (globally) and the Retirement Award Program (US and Canada). This included generating monthly reports as well as tracking down missing packages,
expediting employee concerns to the vendor. Implemented "non-responder" letters to remind employees to order their awards in a timely manner. Also responsible for the creation and distribution of daily,
weekly audit reports to the various business lines. Created ad-hoc reports for our Mobility group to audit
Expat assignments, incentives, and allowances. Back-up data entry for disposition of domestic and international hires, re-hires, separations, salaried transfers, assignment changes and relocations, basic pay
changes, job changes, changes to incentives and allowances, as well as corrective actions. Back-up for Organizational Management through SRW process throughout the year but mostly during annual re-org.
Eventually appointed to oversee the entire Organizational structure of the company by training non-US
offices on how to create and maintain their hierarchy so that each region could be responsible and more
attentive to the hierarchy year round, not just at salary planning and annual re-org time. Created
employee survey for Service Award Satisfaction, as well as a survey for overall effectiveness of the Employee Record Group. Also maintained the Employee Records Infobase website. Assisted in ConOps
annual benefit enrollment process by processing mass uploads of employee medical, dental, life insurance
choices.
