I served as the Dir. Of Marketing / Creative Director for Zeal Optics. I was brought on to take Zeal Optics through an entire brand overhaul, tasked to build/plan/market the new brand from scratch. My expertise within the action sports/outdoor industry and specifically the winter sports market allowed me to reposition the brand as a true competitor in the premium goggle and sunglass marketplace to capture the growing outdoor consumer interest.
My responsibilities included Business Planning and Development, Budgeting/Forecasting, an entire rebranding and marketing rollout of In-Store/Consumer/Social Media/Print. All aspects of the brand were rebuilt and repositioned. I liaised with the executive team directly to build a business from the ground up, creating a Sales/Marketing/Product vision that was strongly positioned for great and immediate growth. My key contacts and relationships that I have built throughout the outdoor industry has been a key component to the success that Zeal Optics is now positioned for. Increased brand growth immediately.

I was the Global Snow Sports Marketing Manager for Oakley. My daily responsibilities were marketing both sun and goggle planning. I focus on blending traditional marketing tactics with new emerging media markets to create a deeper penetration within the areas in which we are marketing. As well, I have a deep understanding of the Action Sports Industry outside of Oakley and have been influential in driving new initiatives for the brands to better speak to their target demographics.
Major initiatives involved Oakley’s expansion into Asia and European Markets for which I developed and built brand plans and major brand event rollouts in each market from EU X Games to Oakley Air & Style Beijing.

As Brand Manager for Shaun White I was responsible for creating and executing a full-scale marketing, performance and interactive program that would position Red Bull as a key partner in Shaun White’s brand.
Major initiatives involved long lead and extensive planning projects/concepts for Global Market rollout focused around the 2010 Olympics. Created and Built the Shaun White Brand with Red Bull, leading to a Global Campaign around the Shaun White Private Halfpipe Project which lead to placement in Global Mainstream Media outlets and the Olympic Broadcast.
Brand Development for SW/Red Bull Brand included extensive Event/Media/OOH/Social Initiatives and long lead vision and planning to execute the large projects that we had on the table. Worked closely with NBC/NBC Sports/ESPN/CAA/IMG.

Served as the Athlete Manager for Red Bull’s Global Snow Program. A majority of my duties revolved around creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan and campaigns around our Snowboard athletes to ensure that they have the necessary tools to stay at the top of their professional careers and telling those stories through the Global Marketing Networks. With an increased positioning on key growth markets of Australia and Europe. In this role I was tasked with re-vamping the Interactive Sports Marketing for Action Sports at Red Bull North America. I was challenged with creating cross-platform solutions that would integrate easily into a global corporate infrastructure. Daily tasks included managing a team of editors, filmers, communication specialists and third party vendors to deliver and evolve in the Interactive space, all within budgetary parameters.
