Oversee, manage and coordinate all marketing initiatives for Utopian LVH. Including all product management activities, creative marketing activities and strategic planning marketing initiatives. Product management includes all online marketing channels and onboarding processes of properties, inventory management, data management, pricing strategies and continual maintenance of inventory accuracy on all online channels, including various auditing projects. Strategize and execute all creative marketing initiatives, including marketing plans, social marketing, social media, print collateral, branding and design, all marketing material copy, email marketing campaigns, promotions, and website maintenance and creation. Communicate and support third party travel vendors in the onboarding process, maintaining consistency and pricing executions with companies. Curate and coordinate public relations activities, including all written copy.

My role includes pass and program sales and guest services, fulfilling pre-purchases, new purchases, and all resort guest services. I handle all customer services duties regarding new and returning customers queries, online purchasing navigational glitches and questions, and assisting with customer database filtering. Interaction with Siriusware, databases, our online website system, and cash and credit handling are daily responsibilities, while providing exceptional customer service and satisfying returning customer retention.

At the Bowerbird I sat in on retail distribution showings; organized showrooms, steaming and hanging each brand's range according to look books; merchandised brand showrooms; sample clothing sales; dealt with inventory records; wholesale order entry; retailer purchasing fulfillments; worked with garment databases; sent and received inventory packing in stockroom; researching and contacting stockists and potential retail clients; customer service matters; cleaned the showrooms.
