• From design brief, created flat drawing and created initial Tech Pack. Added technical information to Initial TP and submit for internal approvals. • Sent out Initial TP and communicate with Vendors / expedite incoming prototypes. • Reviewed PS1 against TP & Fabric/KD approvals, write wrap up for internal email and discuss with Designer if any concern. • Received, processed, fit and document PS1 Samples through Certified Samples. • Worked with designer, warehouse leads, customer service reps, and product coordinator to identify and correct bulk production issues. • Conduct fittings, meetings, and support Designers/Merch team as needed • Reviewed incoming prototypes sent from vendor and initiate internal processing. Logged proto dates and file samples on Seasonal Garment Racks. • Managed proto turn times and information needed from Vendor (i.e. BOM information, Cost, tracking #’s, etc.) • Notified team of samples to be fit every Monday & Wednesday (before 11a). • Filed and organized swatch library, trims/buttons logs, and materials. • Managed Sample Status (Excel) with current information for content, comment dates, pricing, etc. Take flat photos of each prototype and add to Working Boards folder (PS1 through Photo Sample) Photo documented spec sheet and proto details for fitting email • Created seasonal carryover specs for given category • Reviewed catalog details for product copy / pricing accuracy for given category prior to catalog printing, each drop.
