Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for functional groups or business units. Demonstrate an evolving ability to influence the employment decisions of the business, prospects and candidates. Proven ability to asses applicant/candidate quality, skills and fit and identify the best candidate for a position. My job duties consist of creating and posting requisitions, conducting resume reviews, telephone/in-person screening of candidates and candidate tracking. I also interview, offer, negotiate and close assigned requisitions. Demonstrate an ability to provide value adding recruiting-related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions. I consult with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process.
