Kristen Francomano: Community Operations Data Analyst and Access Representative

At one of the most forefront social media companies I deal directly with Facebook users. I specialize in re-securing users’ accounts after a malicious hack, lost email, forgotten password or inability to pass reset captchas. As a member of the highly specialized Community Operations department (limited to the Austin office) I investigate access-related trends and report and discuss inefficiencies with my team. As a team Quality Reviewer I assess the overall quality of responses sent by fellow team members and grade the level of empathy they utilized in addressing users’ issues, therefore being well versed in all company policies and the ability to determine right from wrong. As an access team Game Plan Leader: I am responsible for delegating the daily work assignments, creating solutions to problems that arise with fellow team members, communicating work flow issues that arise with upper management and tracking coworkers’ productivity for the team.
