* Routinely took phone and chat contacts, but was promoted early on to the core email correspondence
team. With attention to detail and a focus on having excellent language and writing skills, I was recruited
to the Mentor position multiple times during new-hire training sessions.
* Worked with over 100 different software programs, tools and forms to problem solve for customers,
including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, an IBM Order Management System, an Oracle
database, web-based Microsoft Explorer and Google Chrome, Avaya telecommunications, Skype, WebEx,
and Blue Jeans virtual meeting software.
* Took part in multiple training sessions regarding privacy and security in accordance with guidelines set
forth by Visa through their Visa Global Privacy Program. During audits I was able to demonstrate that I
correctly handled all confidential and sensitive customer information, including personal data and credit
card information.
* Became very proficient at website navigation and keyboard shortcuts. Can type over 60 wpm and consistently met all goals related to the time metric to fully and effectively complete an inquiry.
