• Approval of purchase returns and inter company
sales invoices in the system and on the document.
• Approval of LPOs.
• Plan & execute product promotions on regular basis.
• All other important day to day issues which require
coordination with other departments - e.g. Logistics,
Finance, Systems etc.
• Review of matrix report on daily basis and action the same.
• Support service department for after sales service in case to case basis.
• Attending and responding to calls for corresponding
outlets.
• Arranging training of sales staff.
• Review of hold file.
• Reviewing pending LPO's at regular intervals and action on the same accordingly.
• Special target based incentives schemes to promote
high-end & special products.
• Arranging merchandisers wherever possible.
