•	Create, develop, implement,  and evaluate community outreach  programs, school/sports fundraising programs, school assemblies and special events 
•	Coordinate project and program execution on key community relations initiatives including: sports fundraising, cancer awareness and school assemblies

•	Sold $67,770 in the 2015 season sponsorship sales including a three year deal with Sol Republic, a one year deal with Rodda Paint, Cutting Edge and Olson Farms 
•	Designed merchandise product, managed promotions, while executing merchandising and marketing strategies that will lead to meeting and exceeding sales and margin goals

•	Maintained  store staff by recruiting, training , and supervising 70+ employees 
•	Achieved sales goals daily as defined by the District Manager 
•	Oversaw the visual aspect of  6 stores in the region to help increase visual displays and revenue 			
•	Managed employees utilizing strong organizational, people and project management skills
