Responsibilities: - Management of 10 web stores, and daily point of contact for key stakeholders. - Track projects and initiatives across multiple internal departments to ensure all deliverables are met on time. - Proactively seek new business opportunities such as site enhancements, partnerships, and promotions in order to grow client's business. - Assess brand positioning, target customer demographic, competitive landscape, and stay afloat of market trends to develop effective and forward-thinking marketing plans. - Create quarterly marketing calendars (per distribution channel); owning campaign/content creation, copywriting, and creative direction. - Coordinate brand-appropriate fit models, ensure garments are neatly worn and fitted appropriately during shoots, and assist Director of Photography in calling selects - assuring the highest quality product images are photographed. - Facilitate all site updates and enhancements including markdowns, catalog uploads, artwork, copy changes, and merchandising to meet launch deadlines. - Regularly audit websites to ensure proper functionality. - Run daily reports, monitor site metrics, and pull data to improve efficiencies and identify areas for opportunity. - Review and asses daily KPIs and respond as necessary in order to ensure associated forecasts are met (traffic, conversion, average order values, sales, returns, shipping compliance and customer service metrics). - Partner with customer service teams to ensure customers are serviced and customer satisfaction rates are maintained at an industry standard level.
