Assist on Key Product Stories, Brand Initiatives, and Sales Tools KEY PROJECTS: KEEN Utility Road Show For two years, in addition to my other duties, I managed the KEEN Utility Road Show. Each year we covered over 25,000 miles, 100 show dates, and 35+ states and provinces across North America. I managed the staff, worked with our partners on promotion and GWP items, logistics, trouble-shooting, and coordination on larger events, such as Summer X-Games and NASCAR at Dover International Speedway. I also managed branding the road show from apparel, to promotional items to the look and feel of the rig, all from conception to execution. GWP/Promotional Items I standardized a formal program for Sales Reps, Partners, and staff to order, track, and utilize KEEN Utility branded promotional items. By working with a dedicated vendor, we were able to not only ensure inventory of certain promotional and GWP items, but also track their use. This allowed us to reduce wasteful spending, and prioritize events and accounts. This led to a 27% reduction in spending, but allowed us to introduce a targeted spend of items, increasing efficiency and reallocating that budget spend.
